ʔálʔal is our landmark affordable housing project and one of our greatest dreams come true!

ʔálʔal opened in February 2022 with over 80 units of housing. To date, 96% of residents are Native Indian/Alaska Native. ʔálʔal includes 10 studios set aside for veterans via VASH. We have homeless units and non-homeless units, too.

We successfully advocated for a 66-unit market-rate apartment building to be purchased and converted into permanent supportive elders' housing for our community!

Goldfinch includes 63 studio units and will house at least 55 elders that will be coming with EHVs. The property is located on Aurora Avenue North so there is easy access to our Day Denter on bus lines. Goldfinch opened in January 2023.

Formerly Canton Lofts, the Salmonberry Lofts opened in January of 2023 with 76 units of permanent supportive housing (PSH).

Salmonberry is just around the corner from our Day Center, making it the second permanent Native housing to open in Pioneer Square in 2023!

Eagle Village, Chief Seattle Club’s first long-term enhanced shelter housing, opened in November of 2019 and currently hosts about 40 residents at any given time.

As a shelter, Eagle Village is free to all residents and is supported 24/7 by on-site staff.

Raven Village, which opened in the Spring of 2023, is a sister project to our first shelter program, Eagle Village. Raven Village hosts about 25 residents in transitional housing as they work with our case managers to find permanent housing and job stability.

In the Fall of 2021, Chief Seattle Club opened out first supportive transitional housing for men recently released from prison/jail.

We currently house 8 residents here.

With over 120 units of housing, Sacred Medicine House will help expand Chief Seattle Club’s impact to improve the lives of even more members in need.

Chief Seattle Club just received funding for a Clean & Sober house dedicated to female survivors of domestic violence/sexual assault. We are currently still looking for a house in King County, but we expect to house 8-12 residents at a time.
